Deactivated a license on an older laptop, tried reactivating it on the new laptop with no luck. Seems this bug is still hanging around. What is the best way to have my licenses deactivate so that I can keep using the product?
I've reset the number of activations of your key, so you should be able to activate it on the devices you want to now. Sorry for the inconvenience, we're looking into this
