Hi, it became clear to me what the problem was when I made the duration variable larger: you also have a delay on animationB. You don't need that as you're starting it in response to the 'ending' of animationA.
scaleAnimationB = scaleAnimationA.reverse()scaleAnimationB.delay = 0
