Is there a way to stop any animation delays on a layer from firing after they have been created?

.animateStop() doesn't work if an animation isn't currently running.

layer.animations() only returns currently running animations on the object.

You can see in this file that the last loop stops the first layer from performing it's animation because it has no delay, but others still fire.

So is there anyway to stop them?
