So am trying to get into subtle 3d effects in Framer, but every time I try I get a glitchy clipping effect. I have seen a couple other posts about this but so far none of the comments have garnered a solution that works for me. Am I missing something very simple?

So, what happens is that because there are two (or more) layers at the same z-position, they cut each other off. You can solve this by playing with z on either layer.

It's actually doing what it should. The 3D parts in the front are visible because they are in front of the layer and the parts that are hidden are behind a layer.

So you'll have to move your 3D layer more forward or other layers more backwards in 3D space. :)

Also make sure that you're not confusing the "index" property and the "z" property. To get actual depth, make sure you're using "z".
