Hello. Is there a way to give the Device (phone/hand with phone) a shadow?

You could use a custom device (Snippets → Custom Device) and use your own image (e.g. phone with added shadow) with it.

is there a way to do it with the standard devices?

The standard devices are (as far as i can see) dynamically added by the framer.js file, and are linked to an image hosted on the framer servers. So you can't directly manipulate these images.
So my advice would be to use the custom device Snippet, while you can of course use the standard device image (e.g. http://resources.framerjs.com/static/DeviceResources/apple-iphone-6s-space-gray.png) and add a shadow in your Image editor of choice.

Kasper:
Framer.Device.phone.style.webkitFilter = "drop-shadow(0px 10px 10px rgba(0,0,0,.3))"
