Here's a simple little example that checks whether or not you're hovering over another layer horizontally or vertically. Originally made for Michael McLaughlin, but thought it might be of interest to others, too. You can pass along a horizontal and vertical offset, which is currently set to half of the layers size. It also animates back to its original position on release, when it's not hovering the other layer. You can either toss it, or drag it. Hope it's helpful to some of you. :-)
