I am using Framer Generator to export my icons from Photoshop. However, generator seems to ignore the bounding area that I have defined within a smart object and output the icon by trimming to the very edges of a visible image. How do I retain the transparent area so my icons have a consistent width and height?

Hey Ee, you may have to create another layer that sits behind the icon in PS and set it's opacity to 0. This way the padding around the icon will be retained when importing into Framer.

Setting opacity to zero is equivalent to hiding the layer. it wont get exported. I have other simple workaround but just thought this is something that should be looked into?
