how do you animate a mask shape over a fixed image from sketch?

It is this but i want it to scale in height from the y axis. and the background image must stay put. Its for 16:9 and 4:3 rations. http://share.framerjs.com/5eifxg9k0bnb/ Thank you so much

but it doesnt scale on a central y axis with no movement on the image
