Hi all, I'm brand new to Framer and have a video player question. I'm trying to set a layer (Permissions) to animate in (Action) when my video ends (State). I am not sure what I'm doing wrong. This is the section (39-43) that's baffling me. I know there's a simple answer somewhere... Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

#when the video stops and permissions appear
videoLayer.on "ended", ->
permissions.animate
properties:
opacity: 1

Hi Carolina Jucksch Paula , because you didn''t share the code, I can't say if this solves it, but just at looking at it here's my first guess:

on line 42: you need to tab it.
properties: should be indented (it's an argument of animate )

That should at least animate the opacity.

Let me know if it works

Properties isn't set to anything. Shouldn't it be set top the opacity key: value?

Push that line over one tab and that should be good.

Thanks, Jordan, but that didn't work, either. I resolved the error message, but nothing happens once video ends. thanks again!

Carolina Jucksch Paula can you strip the content ( assets ) and send it ? I think we can help even without the images ( just the logic )

Sometimes is a simple issue that is just too hard to see without tweaking it.

Found the issue! :)

line 38 : add player:

videoLayer.player.on ( missing player )

Hope this work, made the permissions visible so you can see the animations
