I found Jordan Robert Dobson's fantastic SpriteAnimationLayout example from back in June/July, and am wondering: How would we handle spritesheets that consist of multiple rows?
You would have to modify the Sprite stuff to handle rows and count per line.
I may get that at some point but I welcome any updates to the module.
I made some updates recently that not only handle multiple rows but also traversing down columns (if for some reason the animated sprite sheets you're given are formatted in such a way). I should have something to share soon -- need to make sure I'm allowed to post it (working for a large corp has its pain points), and if not I'm happy to rewrite my changes from scratch at home one evening.
