Anyone successfully packaged the framer folder into phonegap/cordova? What would cause incorrect scaling?

I'm using the Cordova CLI to build to iOS but I'm getting incorrect scaling. It seems though everything is non-retina, cutting the screen in half both horizontally and vertically.

I've tried a few hacks I've found with the <meta> tags, but it doesn't seem to change.

Tried <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, user-scalable=no, initial-
scale=0.5, maximum-scale=0.5" /> and editing the `app-info.plist` in xcode, but no luck.

Framer.Device.contentScale ?

In case anyone finds this in the future, the solution turns out to be editing the config.xml file that cordova creates in 'appName/platforms/ios/appName/config.xml`

The setting is
<preference name="EnableViewportScale" value="true" />

This defaults to false every time cordova run is called. Editing to true after building and then opening the project in xcode and rebuilding from there correctly let me publish the full app directly on device and bundle to publishable package.
