I’m having trouble with what seems like a simple dropdown interaction.

When the menu button is tapped, a dropdown appears with a dark scrim under it. Even though I have the scrim layer set to index = 0 and ignoreEvents = true - it is still picking up click events anywhere you tap on the screen.

Can someone take a look and tell me what I’m missing? Thanks for the help!

You attached your project - YAY! Hey everyone...follow Dave's good example!

I'm not sure why this was happening, but when you click on the kabobMenu it was setting ignoreEvents on the scrim to false.

you can fix this by explicitly setting it to true inside kabobMenu.on Events.click

Thanks Andrew!
Yeah, ignoreEvents changes to false because I'm updating it when the state of the scrim changes to active. But your file confirms that there seems to be a bug with ignoreEvents.

Koen Bok & Jonas Treub - ignoreEvents seems to not be working in the latest version of Framer Studio.
