Greetings, I have an input element which works just fine, however in order to get that element to scroll I have made it a child of an element that was imported from photoshop. When I do that the input field is no longer editable/clickable by the user and no longer gets the focus attribute. Any idea what I could be doing wrong?

Update: It seems like whenever an input element becomes a child of a scrollComponent it looses its ability to focus. Looking for pointers if anyone is familiar

Jeff, it looks like Benjamin Den Boer solved this in his example from July. https://www.facebook.com/groups/framerjs/permalink/715532825240458/

That prototype features a scrollable layer along with text inputs. Probably worth dissecting it to answer your question.

Awesome Chris Camargo. Checking that out now.

Thank You.

Best of luck! Also, be sure to use the Search feature in Facebook groups. I came across your question and found that post from Benjamin on my first search just by querying "input element". Cheers!

Nice, didn't realize you could search within... blind eye open

Brilliant Benjamin Den Boer. I used the # Ignore events when scrolling section and it seems to be a break through. :) on to the next hurdle...
