The Framer Android app resets to the default state (no page/project loaded) when you go to the home screen and back. Has anyone found a way to keep the prototype loaded in this case? Am trying to present my proto as a "fake app" so to speak...
Perhaps even other full-screen browsers that you've had luck with?
you could continuously save the state in Parse and then fetch the state at the beginning of your code before you run any framer code
Thanks, George. That's very cool! However, my issue is a bit different. I'm ok with not retaining state between sessions. What I need is to not have to enter the URL to the project every time I launch the Framer app from the Android desktop. I'm attempting to present Frame as a standalone app (using an Android utility app called Icon Changer which basically allows you to create aliases with custom icons, names) and need it to launch the same project as it did last time with anyone having to select it or enter a URL.
Yeah, I realized this after I re-read your post. Not sure if theres a better app for android that presents webpages in a frame-less context. cc Koen
