Quick little tip I've found useful that might come in handy for some people.

When dealing with layer.html content, sometimes it's hard to get your variables working properly for whatever reason. To help you can wrap your variables like this #{result.attributes.url} then insert them into the string without having to separate everything out.

example:
link.html = "<a href='#{result.attributes.url}'> #{result.attributes.title} </a>"

kudos to Ed Chao I think I ripped this from his chat demo.

on another note - would anyone find a firebase/parse messaging demo with input useful, cause I have one of those laying around? Could be cool to make a good text input module too.
