Is there a way to preview iPhone 6 prototypes on an iPhone 5s? I tried this prototype -http://share.framerjs.com/9890bhx8ccq8/ - without luck, thoughts? Sorry if it's a simple question, day 1 with FramerJS :)

Yes. I tried it and it works fine. What issue are you having?

Ivan Cruz

It didn't properly display on my 5s, it cuts off the button on the bottom left

Jordan Robert Dobson

You need to position it differently...

Jordan Robert Dobson

Use Framer.Device.screen.height (this is the height of any of the views) and set that as your y value and subtract the amount you want to push it up

Ivan Cruz

Using bottom positioning as you would in css? I wasn't sure how to do that.

Jordan Robert Dobson

new Layer y: Framer.Device.screen.height - 100

Jordan Robert Dobson

^ If I wanted it 100px from the bottom

I tend to do this at the top of all my prototypes: SCREEN = width: Framer.Device.screen.width, height: Framer.Device.screen.height

Jordan Robert Dobson

that way I can just say SCREEN.height whenever I need it.

Jordan Robert Dobson

I hope that helps.

Ivan Cruz

Really does, thank you so much!

Is there some sort of framer snippets library somewhere? That'll be handy

Jordan Robert Dobson

You can make custom ones... there is a snippets in your apps titlebar.

Otherwise just using docs... and searching this group is usually helpful. Otherwise ask away... there are a few of us helping people out.

Perfect! Thanks for your help.
