Hey guys,
thought I'd share what I'm working on right now. Still pretty wonky and i'm playing around with a couple of ideas here. I'm by no means a programmer , so this community was of great help.

Nice animation when tapping the lock! I wasn't expected the chime sound- had my headphones up and it made me jump, ha!

Christian Poschmann

Haha, sorry about that Stephen. I should have given a heads-up.

Stephen Crowley

Nah man, it was an unexpected delight.

Jason Ogle

Awesome!

I would love to hear your thoughts on the design as well. Thanks guys! (:

I seriously only have positive things to say. The coloring of the lock is a great affordance for your location. Good tooltip too. I love the choreography and timing of the unlock animation. It feels fresh and organic but not too heavy. Maybe the timing and easing of the hamburger menu slide in feels a little unnatural and maybe it could do something a little more than slide in (it isn't as intricate as the rest of the work) but really it's great work

Thanks for the feedback! (: I agree the slide transition could be better.

Yeah man, maybe a slight timing offset between the dismiss button and menu and/or a staggered slide-in between menu items. Also, the "1 hour and 28 minutes remaining" text feels like it should be a headline. It's the main bit of context once the reservation is underway to extend or w/e. Hope I'm not getting ahead of myself...

great idea with the staggering menu items Stephen!

My initial idea was to have the white semi-transparent circle around the Check-in button be some kind of timer (somewhat like this https://github.com/macuenca/CircularProgressTimer) that fills up with green, then when you're checked in it would fill up again with white , but didn't manage yet to animate this in Framer. So i think the "remaining time" would not need to be as prominent. But I'm still playing around and appreciate all your feedback! :D

The circular timer sounds perfect
