Hi everyone,
I just wanted to share with you all my first Framer prototype. This is an experimental work of a cooking app, that helps you to find good places to eat based on your interests, like Yelp, Foursquare etc. I worked on some interactions such as the app content animation, cards selection, changing location and skip. I'd like to hear your feedback. Also I wanted to say a special thanks to Peter Lada for all the help with the code.

Cool man! Nice job on your first prototype. Can't wait to see more of your work! Keep it up, friend :).

Jardson Almeida

Thank you Joshua! :D

You bet! Always around to give praise where it is due :).

Ed Chao

nice man!

I like it! Maybe add a bit of an animation to the heart button/icon. Like, scale it up on touch and bounce it back to it's regular size on release. I dunno, just feels like emphasizing the heart action would be a plus.

Also, congrats on becoming more and more pro at framer.js! Learning it is actually helping you break into the frontend engineering side of things :)

Thanks a lot guys! Yeah Derek, I agree with you. I will improve this prototype based on your comments and will show it to you o/

Jardson Almeida Another fun piece you could add is changing the border radius when you like something (since it is a plate after all!).

Congrats Jardson, looks good! ;)

Would you be open to sharing the framer file?

Jardson Almeida

Sure dude. Will do.

This looks really good. If I'm correct I think you are mostly using ease curves. You should try a spring curve without overshoot to see how it feels (something like spring(300,30,0)). That mimics an ease curve but with a more natural feel.

Jardson Almeida

Awesome feedback Koen! Yes, you're correct. Will try it out and will post the results here. Thanks.
