I've an layer group that's set to be hidden in Sketch (3.2.1). After importing to Framer (1.9.42) , I can't set it to visible again. I've tried both setting its opacity to true and opacity to 1, but still not showing.
Am I missing something? Attached example

Here's how you set it up: http://cl.ly/YyaZ

Jorn van Dijk Odd, I think I've the same setup... What've you done differently?

ShekMan Tang

I did an import using your Sketch file using Framer Studio, wrote the exact same code but it's still not showing.
Oddly, I've checked the imported files, and group2 (the hidden layer) is exported as a completely transparent layer. http://cl.ly/image/1H2v1r0A1n3F
Any idea ? :-/

Do you have the latest FS?

ShekMan Tang

Reinstalled Framer studio, updated to 1.9.43 , still the same :(

Jorn van Dijk

Latest Sketch Beta as well?

ShekMan Tang

Regular sketch... Will try sketch beta! :)

Jorn van Dijk

Yeah, if that doesn't work I don't know what would :/

ShekMan Tang

Nope :( , tired with Sketch Beta 3.2.2 but it's the same.
I'll have to live with the manual labour of showing all layers in Sketch, and set visibility of each after import then D:

This is happening to me as well :(

That's actually how we decided it would work, but in retrospect it doesn't seem like the best idea : ) I've filed an issue and will fix it when I get a minute. Sorry for the trouble!

Respecting the visibility set in Sketch on import would be a welcome change!
