Hi guys, kind of a n00b question.
Currently I'm using the Utils.domLoadJSONSync function, and I would like to convert to async.
How exactly do I construct that just prints the output when it's done loading?
Asynchronous loading is never a nub question. I'd use jquery methods .done .fail and .deffer, but I'm kinda nub considering coffee and see myself doing stuff pretty complicated compared to what I see here then. So, I'm also keen for an answer... most certainly simpler than what I'd do with aforementioned.
There is a Utils.domLoadData function that has a "load" eventlistener. I just have no idea how to write the code that uses it :)
Avoid that function for now. There is a webkit2 bug on 10.10.
Damn. Building something that really needs it haha.
Is there a reason why it needs to fetch dynamic data ? Can't you feed those variables manually via an array ?
I'd still like to hear a simple coffee solution for asynchronous JSON loading.
I am building a prototype that uses Map data, based on some user input. It might be a bit beyond what Framer is intended for, but so far it's working out for me :)
It is indeed, above the intention, yet I still like to see a coffee asynchronous loading script, nobody here for that task ?
