Hi everyone. Let's say I have a layer, like this:

red = new Layer { width: 100, height: 100, background: 'red' }

When I scale it up, let's say 10 times it gets pixelated, even though it's not a bitmap. Is there any way to avoid this?

Stephen Crowley

I would have your layer start as big as it needs to be, scale it down and then have your function scale it back up.

Fran Pérez

Yes, I was trying to avoid that since it forces me to reposition the layer. Anyway thanks :)

I don't see the same thing? Can you ping me something with the issue in it or describe how you are getting to the problem because this results in a crisp image

red = new Layer { width: 100, height: 100, backgroundColor: 'red' }
red.rotationZ = 45
red.width = 1000
red.height = 1000

as does using scale
red.scale = 10
