First, I love Framer JS and Studio. Second, on Safari mobile, my view is twice as big with both 2x and 1x assets. Am I missing something? Tia.

Had this issue when designing for Retina. Couldn't fix it so had to stick with standard size. Did you try changing the scale in the viewport meta tag in your index.html?

Tim de Groot

Thanks, worked! I knew it would be something I overlooked ;)

We should probably make this meta tag the default Koen -- I've seen enough people run into this now

Koen Bok

It's in the next update.

Can you also make default Content view 50% instead of 100%?

Koen Bok

Yes, with the toggle on the left bottom.

Noah Levin so I assume we want this:

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, height=device-height, initial-scale=0.5, maximum-scale=0.5, target-densitydpi=device-dpi, user-scalable=no">

I have set the user-scalable to yes to reach the tabbar by double tapping. In my iPhone designs I have the status bar so the whole canvas gets pushed down since we can't hide the existing status bar.

When I was designing for iPad w/ Retina Display, it wouldn't scale to fit the screen. It was viewing 2x so I scaled to half scale and still wouldn't work.
