I decided to make carousel with framer for teaching myself this tool. and here's what I made since. hope you enjoy. :-)
Very good. One thing to get it closer to the ios one is to use layer.draggable.calculateVelocity() to determine to which image it needs to snap.
Koen Bok Thanks! I didn't know that. need to dig docs more. :-) Gonna refine my code!
I have an example of this for Framer 2. I need to brush it up, but maybe it will be useful:
They all build on this:http://snappy-view.s3-website-us-east-1.amazonaws.com/static/js/app.coffee
Koen Bok wow rubberband is great. will go through all that. Thanks!
did you record your screen with camcorder?
Michel Heiji Ichiy haha no, I used quicktime. the tool can record your screen.
Did not know that! hahaha thanks man!
Nice! Can you put your code on CodePen?
Rob Jones sure. I need to clean my code first. I'll share when it's ready. :-)
Samwoo Ee Thanks man!
promised and delivered. http://codepen.io/radiofun/pen/sIdfH cleaned up the dirt but it still needs to be improved. gonna update soon.
Koen Bok Could you share the source codes as well? :)
Koen Bok Oh I figured out how to get it. Thanks a million!
Benjamin Den Boer When I paste the code in Framer Studio, I get this error. Why?
It's old code. You can just do: draggable = @contentView.draggable
It seems like I have to change the whole code to the new grammar.
how do you do to make so that when you drag a layer, the next one comes in place and stays there
Hi guys, another way to achieve the same effect: :)
It's a half year old example. Please let it sleep ;-)
