I have a question regarding about my experiment with drag features here:
When I open codepen link above on my android chrome beta, drag works well. However, drag doesn't work on dropbox link which is generated from sketch framer plugin...could anyone tell me how to make it work as well on android device by any chance?
Your advise would be really appreciated. Thanks.
And you are using the exact same code? That is very odd. I looked through the source but couldn't spot something obvious.
Is there any way to check the android chrome console for messages? Maybe try to log the dragging events and see if it gets picked up at all.
Hi Koen, thank you for your reply.
>And you are using the exact same code?Yes, js part (app.js & codepen js section) is exact same.
>Is there any way to check the android chrome console for messages?I guess I can use android mobile inspection. Since I'm very new to js, could you kindly advise me what to type there to inspect on console to log the dragging events by any chance? Thank you.
Just in case, here is files:https://www.dropbox.com/s/8nhezzve8ya373m/prototyping.zip
Just realized this drag experiment (in dropbox) doesn't work on iPhone as well.
This issue is resolved. Thanks.
Masato Brian Miura how did you resolve this issue? I can't drag my draggable element either on iOS — I can on my mac.
Hi Daan van Klinken,I had to modify framer.js file to work on this.
Masato Brian Miura could you share it with us?
If I remember correctly, this was the change it resolved this issue.
Masato Brian Miura thanks for sharing! Do you also have the modified framer.js file for me, so that I can re-use it?
