Anyone else having issues implementing any of the custom easings off of http://easings.net/ ? I've tried a few and nothing feels that nice inside of my framer prototype. I'm resorting to Springs for 'softer' ease-ins because it's all I've had luck with.

Hmm they work for me. Can you share an example?

Craig Murray

Yep. See this example: http://codepen.io/craigmurray/pen/jqxBy

The animation is really harsh.

Koen Bok

It is indeed harsh, but it seems correct. If you look at your custom curve here: http://cubic-bezier.com/#0.23, 1, 0.32, 1, you'll see that there is no "cushioning" at the beginning and end so it feels to instant. You can likely get a better effect by making it look more like and easy-in-out curve. That said, spring animations always look nicer because they are based on real physics imho.

Ai. The url needs to be copied by hand :-/

Thanks Koen Bok. So I'm sticking with springs then :)
