First time with framer user hereee. Is there a different between animationOptions and options. Because the both tend to accept the same inputs like time and background colour

there's not much difference, but they're used in slightly different ways. 'options' can be used for individual animations or states, such as:

layer.states =
____open:
________width: 100
________options:
____________time: 1
____close:
________width: 10
________opacity: .5
________options:
____________time: .5

AnimationOptions will be applied to all the layers animations or states (including the default state), such as:

layer.states =
____open:
________width: 100

____close:
________width: 10
________opacity: .5

layer.animationOptions =
____time: .25
____curve: Spring

animationOptions is a layer property and options is a property accepted by the animate function. Both allow for overriding the same animation defaults. Like time, and curve. The animationOptions property is the default for all animations of the layer. While options are more specific for a single animation.
