Dear Framers, did anyone figure out how to animate an SVG graph?

Mohammed Morsi

Wasn’t there a way to integrate paperJS? 🤔

Alan Travis

This is my take on it. The graph animates up from the baseline. and then you can modify individual points if necessary.

You could built your own vector transition layer. Here I built a quick example. There are a lot of features missing though. The amount of coordinates need to be equal for all states for example.

The vectors property is an array of arrays with points.
The transition property is a numeric property that can be animated. When you animate from 0 to 1, it transitions from the first vector to the second etc.
