Hi! I'm trying to change a numeric value based upon a scroll event. So when an object is vertically scrolled from 0 to 300, the value should gradually grow from 0 to 300. Is this possible? I could not work out values in combination with a scroll component. Thanks for the help!

You should be able to build it off of this:

scroll.onMove ->
print scroll.scrollY

Assuming you're scrolling vertically

Could you tell me how a number from a text layer would increase with each scroll with this?

Utils.modulate text size based on scroll.scrollY

Andrew Nalband

Sure:

scroll.onMove ->
nameOfTextLayer.text = scroll.scrollY

you might need to divide by the height of your scroll component to get the numbers you want - feel free to attach your project - I can show you inside your real work
