are there any differences between a reload triggered by a code change and a user-initiated reload?

I have some text layers that show up correctly on a code-triggered reload, but are misaligned after a user-triggered reload

When the user reloads (Cmd R), its like a browser refresh, so everything is reloaded. Auto reloads triggered by the code editor only reload the context of the device screen. The user generated layers.

so this is after a code reload.

and thats after a user reload

the text layers are children of the respective buttons, positioned using btnTxt.center()

Can you share a small example project highlighting the issue? Are you using the TextLayer or Design mode?

Hey Ray, could you backup your project and try updating the Framer library from the File menu afterwards?

I recently changed a lot in the implementation of the TextLayer, and this new version should fix most problems. Let me know if it also fixes yours, otherwise I would love to get a version of you project to investigate the problem
