Quick question: is there (or will there ever be) an easier way to replicate the idea of css's :hover besides saying what to do on MouseOver and then returning it to normal on MouseOut?

So based on this example — simply adding your mouseover event is the best way —> to changing properties or switch to a completely new state if you want

But that's the case, because Javascript is behind the scenes doing all the work of state changes. So, the request would mean an entirely new syntax approach from the looks of it.
