Hello everyone, I'd like to learn, dive in, and master the current version of Framer. What books, articles, and other resources do you highly recommend?
I'm interested in this as well.. I've never been that great at Framer and I wanna re-start from scratch with the new version
Hi Marvin and Javier! The Get Started guide would be a good place to start: https://framer.com/getstarted/tutorials/
Once you've read over the gist, you can head over to to https://www.framercasts.com/ and check out all of the resources there!
You can give the beginning tutorial that's on the welcome window a go, it breaks down everything step by step. Hope this helps 😀
Also check out the cheat sheets from Tess: https://blog.framer.com/framer-cheat-sheet-scroll-components-25825be636ae
If you are good at programming, framer can be relatively straight forward to learn. Go through the tutorials in framer website to understand the basics and the workflow. Your next stop should be the docs page - it gives very detailed explanation of syntax, scope and functionalities of different components and options. Once you get a feel of how things work, download sample projects and start tinkering. Or even better, start a project of your own and begin building something cool. There are a number of cool articles in medium, dont forget to check those as well.
