For my UI portfolio, I built a website to show off a Framer prototype, using recordings and text to take viewers through the prototype's features step by step. What do you think?
Working on the project, it got me thinking about a feature I'd love to see in Framer's future: a simulated user, or an object identical to the existing cursor that could take instructions for animation and interactions, and would trigger interaction events in the layers beneath it. Something like, animate to here, then delay a second, and then tap. With a simulated user, I could create a 'tour' of the prototype and then open it up to the user's own interactions without ever leaving the prototype itself.
